Just the facts

The international jamboree "WhisperVille - The Mysterious Town" will take place from saturday, 14th of july, to sunday, 22nd of july 2007
It will take place in Brexbachtal, a scout camping site in Germany (near Koblenz)
WhisperVille is organized by the DPSG ("Deutsche Pfadfinderschaft St. Georg" - german association for scouts and guides), Tribe "Silva" and planned by an international team of experienced leaders
8 countries will participate
WhisperVille will have about 120 participants, staff and team (+ 80 guests)
Theme is a mysterious town which is found abandoned and then built up again by the participants - and everything is possible!
During the week the participants will have to find out the secrets of the abandoned town
Costs: depending on origin country 110 EUR to 170 EUR per person
We chose this date because WhisperVille should not affect the official World Jamboree (27.7. - 8.8.2007)
Brexbachtal can be easily reached via airports Frankfurt Main, Köln and (Frankfurt) Hahn

Background

We want to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the scout movement, but many of us and our kids in the scout troop are not able to afford the World Jamboree.
We therefore would like to participate in a smaller international jamboree, where it would also be possible to bring the children who are too young for World Jamboree in England.
